Employee Development is targeting coaching on the H.I.R.E. method. Help to assess strengths and weaknesses for better outcomes and performance on the worksite. Coaching on communication skill sets for Interview and Interaction with co-workers, managers, peers, customers, phone etiquette and group settings. Provide supportive Resources for time management, meeting deadlines work traits and ethics. Coaching on Employer's Expectations of appropriate attitude and attire. Employee Development program works with Ex-Offenders as well as Persons who are Disabled. Additional development includes Resume Preparation and Matching the consumer with careers based on their employable skill sets.
